Manage offers, events, and payments

Keep product catalog, events, and payment records aligned with delivery and customer context.

Use this guide when you need a clean operational path from what is sold to how money and delivery are tracked.

How to work this area

1. Keep the catalog trustworthy

Create and maintain course and event records with stable codes, pricing, status, and public storefront copy so the same record can power products pages, CMS merchandising, and checkout.

2. Publish sellable offers, not just backoffice records

Use the public product fields on courses and events so visitors land on a complete offer page with the right slug, summary, description, badge, CTA, and SEO.

3. Track orders before you jump straight to payments

Open /commerce/orders first when you need to understand what the buyer purchased, whether fulfillment ran, and which confirmation code they received. Then use /commerce/payments for the financial record.

4. Coordinate with Learning, events, CRM, and marketing

Products describe the offer. Checkout creates the order. Learning or event registration handles delivery. CRM carries the customer relationship. Marketing keeps attribution continuity into paid revenue. Use all of them together rather than letting them drift.
