How to run delivery
1. Set up the cohort
Open /lms/courses and confirm the course, cohort label, timeline, and prerequisite logic are correct before enrolling learners.
2. Enroll learners intentionally
Use /lms/learners or the cohort detail flow to place the right learner in the right cohort. Fix status or prerequisite issues early.
3. Deliver the content
Use Content Studio or Course Studio to manage modules, lessons, quizzes, and supporting assets. Keep published content aligned with the real delivery plan.
4. Track progress and intervene early
Use analytics and progress views to catch at-risk learners before completion drops too far.
5. Issue certificates only after requirements are met
Certification should reflect completion truth, not optimism.
