Troubleshooting

Fix common access and navigation issues, and know when to escalate to your administrator.

I cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the correct workspace URL (not a personal bookmark to an old environment).
  • Try password reset if your organization allows it.
  • If you use single sign-on, try a fresh browser window or another browser to rule out cookie issues.
  • Ask an administrator to verify your account is active and belongs to the right organization.

A sidebar section or page is missing

  • Your workspace subscription or module access may not include that area—ask an admin to check Admin settings.
  • You might be signed into the wrong workspace or organization.

I get “forbidden” or an access error

  • You are usually still signed in but not allowed to view that route—confirm with an admin whether your role or plan should include it.
  • If you recently changed organizations, sign out and sign in again.

My save failed or data looks wrong

  • Refresh the page and try once more—temporary network issues happen.
  • Check required fields on the form; some records cannot save until linked records exist (for example a contact needs an account).
  • If a button does nothing, note the page URL and time and send them to support or your admin.

AI or automations look stuck

  • Open Automation Runs (/ai/automation-runs) and check failed or queued items.
  • Ask an admin whether the worker or scheduled jobs are running in your environment.
  • Do not retry sensitive operations many times in a row—duplicate runs can make cleanup harder.
