Daily pipeline review

Inspect deals, saved views, forecast, and reports so pipeline health stays trustworthy.

Use this guide when you run the daily or weekly commercial inspection rhythm for yourself or your team.

Review flow

The daily rhythm

1. Start in Deals

Open /crm/deals and narrow the list with saved views or smart filters:

  • your deals
  • commit or risk views
  • specific owners or pipelines
  • stalled or overdue work

2. Inspect deal detail, not only the table

Open the riskiest or most important records and confirm:

  • stage and close timing
  • linked account and contacts
  • recent activities and notes
  • AI risk badge and reasons
  • next action or communication history

3. Update the record before moving on

If reality changed, reflect it immediately:

  • move stage
  • update dates
  • log the call, email, or meeting
  • create the next task

4. Open Forecast for rollup truth

Use /crm/forecast when you want weighted totals, owner rollups, or grouped pipeline inspection without rebuilding the math yourself.

5. Use Reports when you need a shareable snapshot

Open /crm/reports for pipeline, lead, and support snapshots. Save report definitions or export CSV when you need to share the view outside the product.

What good pipeline review looks like

  • clear next step on every active opportunity
  • no hidden blockers sitting only in chat or memory
  • forecast based on updated deal truth rather than stale assumptions
